Dr Nazeem Nazem

Dr Naeem Nazem MBChB BSc (Hons) FRCP LLB (Hons) is Head of the Medical Division at MDDUS, having been appointed to the role in February 2021. He joined MDDUS in 2013, following several years of experience as a medico‑legal adviser. Dr Nazem qualified in medicine in 2002 and completed a medical rotation at Cambridge University Hospitals. He subsequently obtained MRCP and specialised in Neurology. In 2008, he began legal training and went on to achieve a first‑class honours degree in Law, before working for a London law firm within its healthcare and litigation teams. His combined medical, legal, and medico‑legal expertise underpins his leadership of the MDDUS Medical Division and his advisory work with healthcare professionals.
